How To Order
Ordering is easy. Just browse our site, click on the'Add To Cart'button for the items you wish to purchase and add them to your Shopping Basket. When you have finished your selection, select which country you'd like your parcel delivered to, then click on 'Go to Payments'' and enter your name, address and credit card details.

Amending Your Order
You can amend or remove items from your shopping basket just as easily as adding them. To do this, simply change the 'quantity' boxes to the desired amount (use zero to remove an item from your basket) and then click on 'Recalculate'.

How To Pay
Payment must be made online by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo. Your card will not be charged until your order has been despatched. If paying by cheque, the order will be despatched once funds have cleared.

Your order and credit card details are processed safely on a secure server (SSL). This means there is a private connection between your computer and our website. Order Confirmation

We regret that we are unable to despatch orders to addresses outside the UK, Ireland, Europe and the United States of America.

Refunds
We immediately offer a full refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange for products returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning items. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints Procedure
In the event that you need to make a complaint, for whatever reason, we will immediately endeavour to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If this can't be done straight away, we aim to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
