Please do not return an item before contacting us first, as you will not be refunded the cost if you do. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation immediately.You are responsible for returning the item within 14 calendar days of cancelling, if your item is not received by us within this 14 day time frame we will cancel your returns request and you will loose your right to return the item.
Items must be returned in their original condition and suitably packaged (in a jiffy bag or sturdy box), along with your customer invoice note or name and address details. A reason for your return isn't necessary, but an indication as to why you are unhappy with the item would help us to improve our customer service and current product range. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning items, or obtain a certificate of posting from your local post office.
Please note, that you will have to return the goods at your own expense. To help you to decide how much your item may cost to return we have listed the following postal options.
Royal Mail have a two tier system which has small packets which can measure up to :-Length: 45cm Width: 35cm Depth: 8cm which as a rough guide can be used for small 4" statues, keepsake boxes, and most photo frames. Medium parcels measuring up to:- Length: 61cm Width: 46cm Depth: 46cm which could be used for 8" statues, LED grave lights or Angel figurines. We advise customers to have your parcel weighed at the Post office and then check prices against couriers such as Hermes 3-5 day tracked service before committing to Royal Mail as couriers are often cheaper. All other larger items such as Nativity sets, sheds, grave lanterns and statues etc we advise customers to check the prices for couriers such as Hermes 3-5 day tracked service (see above link) again try to get your item weighed at the post office and compare courier prices and options which are often cheaper.
Once we receive the returned items we will process a refund back on to your original debit/credit card, a confirmation email will confirm when the refund has been processed. Please allow 4 - 5 days for the refund to display in your bank/credit card statement.
Please note: If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will have to charge you for the reduction in value. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
