• FREE Postage - dispatched within 3 - 5 working days and sent by Second class post, by Royal Mail. Items should arrive within 7 - 10 days. If you wish to use this service, please choose the FREE shipping method at the checkout.

• First Class at £3.75 - dispatched within 1 -2 working days and sent by First class post, by Royal Mail. Items should arrive within 3 - 4 days.

• 1st Class Recorded Delivery at £4.50 - dispatched within 1 -2 working days and sent by First class Recorded Signed For™, by Royal Mail. Items should arrive within 2 - 3 days. Please note this service will require someone to sign for the item when being delivered.

• Special Next Day Delivery at £7.50 *restrictions apply to Northern Ireland - please see below - if ordered before 12pm , items will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise, items will be sent the next working day - please note that items ordered after 12pm on Thursday afternoon or a Friday will only reach you on Monday (not Saturday). Items ordered on Saturday / Sunday will only reach you on Tuesday. This delivery option will be delivered by Royal Mail and will guarantee delivery by the next working day. Please note this service will require someone to sign for the item when being delivered.
• *Please note this service is not available for items over 2kg to Northern Ireland - if this occurs, an email will be sent.

Delivery Outside these areas
We regret that we are unable to dispatch orders to addresses outside the UK and Northern Ireland.

Refunds
We immediately offer a full refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange for products returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
